Skyline’s Chicago Broadway Summer Camps offer a fun and fulfilling musical theatre experience for ages 5-14. From an exciting first day of getting to know a show, to an exhilarating final performance, an experienced Skyline teaching artist will guide each cast to create a fully-staged musical.
Every actor will be assigned a named role and have a chance to shine onstage as they learn to work together and fall in love with performing. Days will be packed with singing, acting, and dancing rehearsals, creative drama activities, team-building, and fun in the sun! With multiple locations, age levels, camp lengths, and show titles, new and experienced young actors can enjoy the best of Broadway for one week or all summer long. Founded in September 2015, Dovetail Studios has become a community space for the arts on the North Side of Chicago and is now home to our third city location!
Located at 2853 W Montrose Ave in Chicago's quaint Ravenswood and Albany Park neighborhoods, this premier Chicago dance studio is a rehabbed and ADA compliant 6,000 square foot space and features soundproof 3 dance studios (1,875, 800, 1,125 sq. ft) equipped with QSC and JBL powered speakers, skylights, 18 foot ceilings, and separate HVAC systems for every studio, with Horner Park nearby for lunch and recess! |
