The Lion King Jr. Broadway Juniors (K-2nd) $315
Tuesdays 1/24-4/18 4:00-5:00 p.m. (No Class 4/4) or Thursdays 1/26-4/20 4:00-5:00pm (No Class 4/6) Broadway Juniors gives young actors an encouraging introductory musical theatre experience, from an exciting first day of getting to know the show to an exhilarating final performance. Every child will be assigned a named role and have a chance to shine. With the guidance of an experienced teaching artist, actors will learn lines, song lyrics, and dances to bring the story of The Lion King to life on stage. Families will be provided instructions for how to assemble a costume for a fully staged performance on the Greenhouse Theater Main Stage on the final class date. The Lion King Jr. Broadway Stars (3rd-5th) $415 Tuesdays 1/24-4/18 5:15-7:15 p.m. (No Class 4/4) or Wednesdays 1/25-4/19 4:00-6:00 p.m. (No Class 4/5) or Thursdays 1/26-4/20 5:15-7:15 p.m. (No Class 4/6) Broadway Stars provides growing actors with an immersive musical theatre experience, from an exciting first day of getting to know the show to an exhilarating final performance. Every child will be assigned a named role and have a chance to shine. With the guidance of an experienced teaching artist, actors will memorize lines, sing solos, and learn fundamental musical theater choreography to bring the story of The Lion King to life on stage. Families will be provided instructions for how to assemble a costume for a fully staged performance on the Greenhouse Theater Main Stage on the final class date. The Lion King Jr. Broadway Performers (6th-8th) $415 Wednesdays 1/25-4/19 6:15-7:45 (No Class 4/5) Broadway Performers gives middle school actors a professional musical theatre experience, from an exciting first day of getting to know the show to an exhilarating final performance. Every child will be assigned a named role and have a chance to shine. With the guidance of an experienced teaching artist, actors will study advanced acting techniques, develop their singing voice, and learn challenging musical theatre choreography to bring the story of The Lion King to life on stage. Families will be provided instructions for how to assemble a costume for a fully staged performance on the Greenhouse Theater Main Stage on the final class date. |
